To get started, all you need is a yoga mat and floor space. Some classes incorporate yoga blocks (a firm pillow can be substituted) and a yoga strap (a belt can be substituted). Next, download Zoom for free:https://zoom.us/ Then choose a class that interests you and once you register you will be given a link. The day of your class log in from the comfort of your home.
